Common questions

Subscription and billing

Manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your iOS or Android device’s subscription settings (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on iOS, or Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions on Android). Fortunara does not have access to process refunds directly; refund requests go through Apple or Google depending on your platform.

Restoring a purchase

If you've reinstalled the app or switched devices, use the "Restore Purchases" button in the Account tab to restore your premium access.

Free trial

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial on both monthly and annual plans. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then at no cost.
